Although it is possible that some musicians/composers/sound artists are here, I would assume that there are better places than a forum dedicated to a game engine for finding someone who can help you. You could try reddit r/gameDevClassifieds/ or r/INAT/. In both of them I found music/sound related posts very quick.
Btw. - I am not an expert, but as I understand it, a salary and a revenue share are not the same thing.
