Hi having a problem just today
Both the object and layers panels don’t open at all.
Re-installing didn’t fix the issue.
Tried releases
5.6.249
5.6.250
5.6.251
5.6.252
Also deleted the Gdevelop5 folder from the appdata >> nothing changes
The issue happened suddenly and for no apparent reason…
Please fix this.

Have you tried to hover the edges of the panels to see if there is a 0 pixel size panel that you can drag?
@davy hmm didn’t really think of this one, I will try it out tomorrow and update you here.

When trying to open my Layers panel today it just would not open, even after restarting it. Only once I closed and reopened the Objects panel (by throwing a micro temper to click and go for everything) it would open. This should be optimised a little bit, I have a project here that took a while to make and wanted to add another final layer as this was happening.
Good engine, though. Just some issues with usability every now and then
