You can do that already… just upload to youtube and then post the link.
I know you want to upload directly, but consider everything that comes with stuff like that and then consider you already have an awesome video platform like youtube.

You upload video there
Then you have copy link under each video
You click it and just paste that that link here
And it is automatically displayed as video after you post your message
SOMETIMES
Video thumbnail (picture that shows you what is inside video)
DOES NOT LOAD it needs a bit of time to load
BUT video itself is ready to be played as soon as you upload it
