One of my pet peeves with GDevelop is that to prevent graphics from being blurry, you have to check the smoothing off on each and every single object.
Could there please be a new preference that automatically checks the smoothing box for each new object?

This does exist, partially, today.
When you change to nearest neighbor scaling in your project settings, every new object will by default have smoothong disabled.
For existing objects I could still see this being useful, however.
