Publishing a Game from GDevelop - Windows and Android: Legal Considerations?

I’m currently in the process of publishing a game I created with GDevelop for both Windows and Android (via Google Play). I’ve successfully exported the game, but before going any further, I wanted to ask if there are any additional steps I should be aware of, especially regarding legal aspects.

I’m particularly concerned about privacy regulations, especially considering European laws like the GDPR. Are there any specific privacy policies, consent mechanisms, or legal clauses I need to include in my game for it to comply with these regulations?

I would appreciate any advice or insights from those who have already published games on these platforms using GDevelop. I want to ensure that I follow the necessary legal procedures to avoid any potential issues.

Thanks in advance for your help!

As far as I know, there aren’t any. However, windows might think your game is a virus, the only way to fix this is to register your game with Microsoft or something. As for Android, I have never made a game on android, so idk about that.

Would love to see the answers from Android developers as well.
Its hard to find answers regarding this online.

I personally don’t know much but I tried to upload a test game in Play store 2 years ago and was removed after a while cause I needed to include a link to my terms and conditions/privacy terms etc inside my game.
