I’ve slowly felt like monthly updates ruin the fun in adding features to my game, so I’ve decided to scrap any future monthly updates entirely and add the features in them overtime.
ALL of my future games will follow this NMMU format.
Every time I want to work on Twardy 2.0, I just don’t really feel like it. Honestly, the only features I want to add now is the 2nd dimension.
Because of this, the last update will be of The Oracle, and I am pausing the development so I can work on a BETTER, more fun (both for me and you) project, that is a platformer.
Thanks for your support for this game’s 1.5 years of development.
Shame to see the game is now out of development, I can relate to the feeling of quitting the development of a game that you worked a lot on. At the very least, you’ve probably learned a lot from this, hopefully you can ecorperate those lessons into this platformer your making.
@Amigo54 is right. It’s up to you whether you want to continue development of the game. One thing I can say is that I think taking a break from developing twardy 2 would be a good option. Maybe even make a smaller game during the break, or enter a game jam.
Scythe of the bull is a better name, but I don’t think it would suit as the name of a tier 1 weapon. Maybe make another, more powerful scythe called scythe of the bull that’s higher than a tier 1 weapon.
Also, if I where to suggest a name for a beginner scythe, I would say “Scythe of sticks and stones”.
Almost every update after 0.2.0 will be numbered as “Screenshot 1.0.0.x.” Also, due to a change in how the game saves your progress, all current progress (like your Xp and Xp Rank) will be deleted.
