Shortcut for Scene Variable Panel don't work sometimes when we change the tab place of a Scene/External Layout

Hello! :wave:

To reproduce the bug we need:

  • Open two different scenes or external layouts;

  • Change the location of the scene/extenal layout tab you last opened;
    image

  • Select the another scene/external layout;
    image

  • Comeback to the scene/external layout that you changed the tab place and try to open scene variable panel with shortcut.

This issue can be reproduced in more new tabs, but from what I’ve tested here the first scene or external layout that’s opened always opens the Scene Variables Panel normally.
