Hi guys! this is my first game jam, i was wondering if u can promote your game on gd.games to get more players after publishing it in the game jam section?

I typed ‘game jam’ in the search and scrolled down…there’s plenty of people promoting the games that they made during game jam…just don’t spam the Gdevelop dev team with it!

Yeah, you can definitely promote your game on gd.games even after publishing it in the jam section. Once it’s live, it’ll automatically appear under the jam page, but you can also share the direct link on your profile, social media, or in the #feedback or #showcase channels (if the jam allows it).

You can promote it here during the jam for sure. Although only people in the jam can vote.

You could even start promoting the game before the jam starts but keep the adjective and verb used in the title as variables.
