I saw this on reddit a few days ago. Something about going to the rules :
To be able to write you need the “User” role, by click on a button in the “
-welcome-rules” channel.
Don’t have discord myself so haven’t tried it but hope it helps.
The User role was a requirement.
But this is no longer the case, the server is fully open since today.
