It doesn’t play. After the splash screen, it becomes black.

Yeah, that only happens on gd.games for some reason. It ran fine on itch.io

You need to click the canvas while displaying the splash screen. The video is not allowed to play unless you interact with the canvas first. It is a security feature in most browsers.
