How often can I use the Templates in the Shop I mean if I use it one time delete the project I cant use it ever again?
Free ones you can use all you want
For paid after you paid then also you can use as often as you wish
But only if you went with unlimited commercial use
IF you went with single use then it is single use

Each paid template has a license listed with it.
Generally the licensing is an option between “Single use” or “unlimited”. Single use doesn’t mean single project, it means single released game.
After you release a game using that template, if you’ve got a Single Use license you will have to purchase the template again to remain in compliance with the license.
As ZeroX4 said, free templates you can use infinitely.
