Works like a charm!
It seems the game resolution is set lower than monitor resolution, resulting in a lot of aliasing / jaggies.

Apart from removing the original game developer’s name on the starting screen for whatever reasoning, are there any changes you made to this example project to make it unique?

This appears to just be the Tetris Demo example included in the engine. Tetris demo - a game example from the GDevelop game making app | GDevelop
While the examples and templates are meant for re-use, it’s in pretty poor taste to just publish the template as your own and remove the original author’s credit.
