Mod should not be so polite and friendly (i don’t mean should be a hole)
Mod after 2nd instance should tell you “today you are getting warning next one will get you banned so stop posting such links here”
Moderator is here to moderate
Not to be rude or polite but also not to be your friend
Of course being polite and friendly is welcome
But that does not mean mod should be always like that

Where he is openly admitting he knows its not ok but he gonna do it anyway
I see him often reply to some topics without adding context but just likely replaying for sake of replaying
We could in fact go trough his activity and find out am i a liar or not -
