We’ve seen this topic. We didn’t respond to it because we don’t believe in it.
1 - If all the daily reports Zero receives and all the reports that mainly concern insignificant matters were intended to “inform the moderators,” then there would be no need for so much moderation. And even that only takes me 10 minutes a day.
2 - Discobot is not used by enough people. And believe me, silly questions will always arise; Discobot won’t save anyone.
3 - Regarding contributors, this has already been discussed in the past. We created this (GDevelop teams - GDevelop documentation) to gather volunteers. People were full of good intentions, but this died out because no one is involved anymore.
We lose a bit of hope when we structure something community-driven following community demand, but the project falls through once the roles are defined.
Therefore, I don’t believe that the ideas for assistants/contributors will be sustained over time.
