Transparency on 3D box object front erases portion of object underneath

I am using lots of 3D box objects with the Billboard behavior in my game. Sometimes, the transparent part of these images “erases” what is beneath or behind them. In the picture example below, the transparency of the portal object is erasing part of the bloody heptagram beneath. Is this a bug or a weakness of how GD renders objects?

I know this problem. Think it is a weakness of Gdevelop. In many ways its not good enough for 3D now. I am making a 3D Game and had to make many work arounds. With transparency it can’t handle for example exported blender models properly with effects over it.And the 3D editor i think its more a joke than e professional editing tool. But as i understood it will get better in the future.
