If you are looking at a project and there is a notice in black at the bottom. If you have some other event that triggers a notice, it often will pop up over the other notice - competing for space and making the notice hard to read.
Possible solution: Slide down the “persistent” notice and display the transient one, then slide that one down and restore the “persistent” notice.
This is one example - just hit save while the notice is at the bottom of a project and the save alert clobbers the other notice. Makes things look “broken” .
