What scene is introduced first to the gamer and how do I change it?

Good morning! This morning when I woke up I had a question in mind: What scene is introduced first to the gamer and how do I change it? Because some of my scenes are out of order. So when my game is published, and somebody plays it, which scene will be first visible to the gamer?
