When editing variable name in variables window scrolling far enough will reset variable name

In variables window if i edit name of variable
For example here i want to edit effect variable

I can type anything there but if i now don’t click anything but just scroll down nothing will happen but if i scroll far enough that variable name will revert back to “effect”
