2D sprite standing up in a 3D environment

Hi. I’m new to Gdevelop and I’m trying to do a volleyball game to learn the basics. However no matter what I tried and what I search for on the internet, I can’t make a 2D picture that isn’t aligned with the ground.
What I wanted initialy is a volleyball net that I could look through, I wasn’t able to make a 2D picture stand so I used a 3D block, but then the parts that are supposed to look transparent become dark. So I want to go back to a 2D Sprite to have a transparent net but again, I don’t know how to make it stand up.
Another issue I have with 2D sprites is that I’m using a camera free crosshair on the ground controled by a second joystick for the aiming mechanic, however I need to make the sprite a bit Higher cause it’s a 2D sprite and it mixes with the floor, but I don’t know what the best method is.

Okay I can’t read, you can actually enable transparency on 3D objects, and using 2D objects is dumb cause they won’t stop glitching.

There is extension

Thank you, though I’ll be going with 3D blocks I think. Is it the extension that makes the sprites look like in the first DOOM ? And if not, does it correct the visual bugs ?

I never used it but i think that is exactly how it works
