I cannot get this Problem to stop. i have a 3d character, and the terrain is regular sprites, and i cannot get the transparency to not cut out the sprites behind it.

is anyone ever going to fix this issue?
it happens the other way around also , sprites blocking out 3d geometry
I am not sure was that fix to it
But what you can try is put player on another layer above layer on which is background
And now you need 2nd camera on that layer which will work same as 1st
And it should work now
