Hi everyone. This is a request for a feature that lets us set a default Z-Order for any object placed on a layer. I place my objects in the scene (not add but place) and it would be a hassle to select every instance of objects I just placed and change their Z-Order.

I agree, in my case I would like all the elements that I drag to the scene to be in z = 1, and to be able to modify it later to my liking. After having many elements the z-order increases too much and having to change them one by one is very time consuming.

Actually, you can select all your instances with the cursor, and adjust the Z-order for all of them at once.
