Always loaded in memory. what is it?

i found “always loaded in memory” option in resources for each resource. what is it and how can i use it? it is better to check it or keep unchecked? and is it possible to check all?

Currently the Always loaded in memory option is not yet supported. All the resources (except audio) are always loaded at the startup of the game during the loading.
