Hello!! i was wondering if an animated title screen?main menu would be possible? not a cutscene. Like the bg is animated not the text buttons like play, settings, and quit game. i tried testing with a vid and using “at the beginning of the scene” with the action of “play video” or something similar but the vid didnt even play, is there any other way to do this? sorry if my english is bad hehe

Yes, this is possible. You could do it with playing a video in the background, as you tried - if it didn’t work there must have been some issue with your events.
More common is to use sprite animations and tweens, basically as you would animate things that change and/or move in your game.
