Build Android APP Bundle and API upgrade

Google Playstore started to ask for Android Bundle APP to upload to the playStore, is it possible that gdevelop compiles this format!?
Other question is that it is warning about the minimum API, it says my apk is using API 26 and it will be 28.
Any info on this.
