And secound, why can’t i use effects? Im on the FRESHEST, NEWEST version and i can’t use effects. 2-4 months ago i could use em but i cant! Here’s the screenshot:
Maybe your player is not in layer camera. 
To solve the first one delete the always condition. and leave it blank then you can fill in the center camera on object.
Secondly are you sure that you are using beta 80 because it has the effects located in the “LAYERS”
