Hey,
Everything is in the title. I think it could be handy to have a color picker (implying a color field) for setting variables in any environment (Global, Scene and Object).

Agreed, they have colors and more as a choice for parameters for functions. I’m assuming they’re just trying to keep it simple for new users.
