when creating a sprite, I wanted to reuse an animation I , but unfortunately I had to add them one by one from the folder
-it would be nice to be able to copy an entire animation or sprites without having to save it in the Folders in the Properties of sprites

Most basic workaround is to just duplicate object and leave what you need where delete the rest

and for the modifications meant to use the animation that I copied and add or delete single images.

You meant duplicate existing animation inside same sprite object and then modify duplicate
Since you can modify any animation your question is only about duplicating then
And answer is no
As i said i seen it requested many times
Either to be done inside single sprite object
Or to carry over copied animation to another object

If you mean use the animation but delete or add some frames, yes.
