[DONE] Allow making folders in Global Objects tab

For now we can make folders in Scene Objects tab, but it would be useful to allow for creating folders in global objects tab too.

You can already do it, just click one time on an global object then go to the icon of folders and you will have a folder for global objects :file_folder:

Your problem comes from the fact you want to 1st make a folder and you can’t
You need to 1st have at least one global object and then you will be able to make folder there
Kinda same thing for scene folders
You need at least 1 scene object to make scene folder
