Hey Everyone!
I always like to have community artwork / fanart in my games, and so for Duck Game I am looking for people to draw an advertising billboard to be featured somewhere special in the game! The billboard will be featured in Duck Game World 2 + Endless Mode!
How to Submit:
1: Draw your image.
2: Reply with the image on this post!
Rules:
Billboard cannot be about a real company.
Billboard MUST be in pixel art style.
Billboard canât show any personal info.
You can draw as many billboards as you want and I might select multiple to add if I like them!
Just because you submit doesnât mean you will get your billboard in game. (But you most likely will!)
You will not get credit in game, but will get credit in the Duck Game World 2 + Endless Mode info page.
Hopefully I see some good billboards! Here is an example image so you know what Iâm looking for. The billboard should be just the board, with a background that is a different color then anything on the board (so I can easily remove the background.)
Also for people wondering, (I know there is gonna be somebody wondering), I did use the Duck 2D platformer game template from GDevelop to make this game. Since this is my first ever GDevelop game, I decided to build off of a template and I have COOKED. I originally just thought I was gonna remake the levels but then I learned how to make custom power ups, menus, and so much more and now a month later I am still not even done work on it. (Just for the people who are going to say âYou just used a template you arenât even making your own game!!!â)
itâs probably not pixel art enough - i borrowed the pie from a game of mine. it would have been great to get the viaduct in there - but with pixel art - itâs the pie or the viaduct and the pie it had to be!
Well, my first and probably my last attempt at pixel art. I had the classic case of âwhat will I drawâ so I just drew one of my favourite things. It looks so tiny here, maybe I drew it too small but I wanted to experience the limitations of pixel art.
I made it bigger so that itâs more like what I saw when I was drawing it and zooming in.

I had no idea I would fall in love with âdownhill embroideryâ until I took it up last yearâŚâDonât you need to see where youâre going?â I called out to Derek the instructor. âYouâre not being judged on whether you hit a tree!! Youâre being judged on your cross stitches!!â He shouted back at me.
It is isnât it âŚitâs like medieval pixel art. Is there a game thatâs embroidery based?..thereâs perhaps some nuggets of gold to be mined there!
