Effects for 3D Objects

I would like to have more visual control of 3D objects. For example, I would like to be able to change the brightness, add glows, etc, just as we can with 2D objects. Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for the suggestion but I’m talking about object effects, not layer effects. The layer effects I’m using right now are working fine.
