Extension calls references

Hey,

Sometimes I’m rebuilding my stuff and i want to get rid of some old Action/Conditions I have in my extensions.
Then everything breaks because I’ve forgotten that in one place, this is still called.
So can we have, like in Visual Studio for example, a label showing how many places are currently using them ?
And if we follow the Visual Studio example, if you click on the label, you also have a dropdown showing all the places so you can reach them easily.

A call hierarchy and an errors list would be great but I guess it won’t be a priority anytime soon as there are many other improvements to do on the extension system.
