Facing GeForce Game Ready Driver Installation Error On My Windows 10 Setup!

Hey everyone. I’m having trouble installing the GeForce Game Ready Driver on my PC. Every time I try to install it, it says ‘Installation can’t continue, An error occurred.’ Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

My PC configuration:
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
OS - Windows 10 Pro
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8GB*2 3200MHz
Storage - SSD WD 240GB
HDD - Barracuda 1TB
Motherboard - MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650 Super

EDIT: The issue has been resolved now. I followed solution number 3 from this guide. After giving the installer administrator permissions, the Game Ready Driver was installed successfully.
