Follow mouse off-screen

Id like to have a simple sprite change its angle by following the position of the mouse cursor on my screen outside the window while using other active app.
The sprite only rotates when the mouse is hovering over the game window.

Is it possible with GDevelop?

I don’t believe that’s possible with GDevelop or browser games in general. Since the game run inside a browser window, you won’t be able to interact with the game if lost focus of the window.
