How do i change the game speed , like slow motion .

I believe the “Change layer timescale” action does this (set it to, say, 0.5 for half speed). Try it.

попробуй поменять значение “time Scale”. я в своей игре сделал режим паузы изменив “time Scale” на 0, думаю для замедление времени это тоже сработает

But ,can i make the game slow except for the player ,

(The player still in normal speed)

Well, the time scale applies to the layers, right? So, I suppose just make a new layer just for the PC and you can change the “background” layer timescale, but not the “PC” layer timescale. Might require some extra fiddling, but it should work.
