Giving a "Platformer object" force to a specific angle

I wish to have an event to add a force to a Platformer object to a specific angle. This can be used to easily implement wall jumps and tilted trampolines. I tried to work around this, but I was not able to do it, so…

Just to clarify here, the existing event action “add a force at an angle” works fine on platformer objects.

you might want to set the gravity of the player to 0 during dash, to have the full effect of the force. And set it back to normal, once the dash is finished.
