how do I make a custom version of that

If you mean have it physically be out of the game, you don’t/cant, as that’s a base function of electron not the game engine.

When you compile your game, that entire bar will be gone.

You could always make something that looks like that as part of your game, you just need to use the “cursor is over” and “left button is clicked” conditions, plus whatever actions you want. You’d also have to make your own art for it.
