How do i access previous save version from the cloud?

I miss-understood and overwrote my game with a blank template. The game was saved on the cloud.
Is there a way to access the previous save from it? Or is it gone forever?

I’m going to assume it’s gone forever. Automatic incremental backups would be a nice feature especially for online or maybe some sort of time delayed action or recovery feature.
