How do I add a graphic to the loading screen?

For those games in which some loading time is unavoidable, is it possible to have a nice graphic for the loading screen, like they used to do in the old school games? If not, is there a possibility of adding this capability?

Don’t know if this is what you want but there are Loading Screen Properties.

You can select Loading Screen Background and Loading Bar color, positions, etc.
