How do i click and change a character

How do I...?

Can someone please show or explain how to change a character based on collecting a powerup.

So coin1 collected then player 1 changes into player 2

also is there an option to do this like power up one collected then GUI shows a character to select on screen in corner and if i collect 3 power ups they all show and i can click to go in between each character during game play

To change character, you can either change the animation of the character on collision with the powerup, or you can even create a new object on your character’s position and then delete the character.

You can also Show a layer on collision with the powerup, so the player can choose its character.
