Above, preferably both players on the same screen, I hate split screen games.
You should explain what you’ve tried and which issues you faced. Otherwise, people can’t really help you.
@davy I haven’t tried anything.
You can’t just make other people make games for you, try things out for yourself, otherwise you’ll never learn anything.
If you ever have a problem the forum is a great place to fix those problems, but not for people to just do everything for you.
Split-screen isn’t something that just happens… you would have to deliberately set it up. You just need one 3D camera that scrolls left and right.
@Shlimbo I’d willingly do it all myself but I suck at programming.
Why are you asking for programming advice if you don’t want to program?
You asked, how do I create. If you aren’t willing to learn, then the answer is, you don’t.
If you suck at programming, then why try and make a game out of your skill level? Try making smaller, more simple projects first, before working your way up to more advanced games, like the 3D fight 'em up you want to make.
As for what projects you should make first, that’s up to you. Maybe try editing already existing template, and I don’t just mean asset swapping. Try experimenting with the events, or making a brand new level.
