How do I use the pulley joint?

Hi guys,
I have searched around the Internet to find an answer to how to make the pulley joint work in GDevelop but I can’t find any tutorials or examples. When trying the action “Add pulley joint” I don’t know what to fill in the fields. What are anchors? Which object is the wheel and which object is the one that is pulled up by the wheel? What is a ground anchor? And so on… All I want to do is to move an object up from the ground as in the image below where I want to move the red dot upwards. The reason I am using the pulley joint is that when I use a force towards the wheel or an impulse or velocity the movement is very unpredictable. The object (red dot) goes crazy and flies away in any direction except for where it once came from (the blue wheel in this case)

Any suggestions?

Ok, so after doing some testing it seems like the pulley joint doesn’t simulate one or two wheels with a rope around it. It is just rope around two corners with two objects hanging in the two ends. Pretty much as in the image below.
