I have two questions regarding this video. Is the machine composed of two parts so that the upper part is separated and moves according to the enemy’s location or not? And can I rely on gdevlope engine to do the work of paralyzing these games;without code?
First, what video? 
If by “machine”, you mean the turret/tower in the corner of the road, it can be two parts, or one part with a circular background that doesn’t change, no matter how the asset rotates.
I don’t know what you mean by “paralyzing these games”.
