Compile project for Android 4.0

Unfortunately, android 4.0 does not support current Electron, PixiJS canvas requirements, nor WebGL.
I don’t know that you can make it work without going to an ancient version of GDevelop (multiple years back), and manually building out your own build scripts for cordova. And even then I don’t know if it’ll work.
