Example
When you click on an object that deletes another object

Add an event → Add a condition → Sprite → Mouse is on an object → Type the name of your button sprite
Add a condition (to the same event) → Mouse → Mouse Button → Left
Add an action (to the same event) → All objects → Objects → Delete object → Type the name of the object you want deleted.
