In-game Save Feature

can someone explain to me how the inam saves work so that way I can implement a saving feature in my game?

So, if I understand well, you need to save all variables useful to close the game and restart in on the same point.
I suggest you to create a global variable with child to store all data you need.

Before to save (on quit game) it and after to load it (on load game) ( example transform the variable “Alldata” into a string so you have to manage only one saving.
