Discord development takes months, years… with many professional employees and money. Picking one of the most famous and successful apps or games and asking for a easy clone tutorial is usually extremely pointless.
Are you talking about voice chats, game streaming with overlays? or friend lists, private and group text chats with gifs?
All this is complex, requires server side, etc.
