If you are talking about to organize in a group like a folder that is not possible. But you can use the search to filter and find what you want more fast. Example:

I use it a lot because in my game I already have more than 60 External Layouts and I will have even more.

I think a group or folder option would be good. You can add a feature request. I know people have asked for folders for objects. There’s no reason it can’t be consistent. Folders for objects, scenes, extensions, external events … Wherever there’s a list.
