So I used the profiler to check my game’s events and because of lack of game making knowledge I don’t know if the numbers are too big or not. Is 7.19 ms too chunky for a 270mb game?
No, 7ms is a healthy value. From memory, I think values over 20 may need looking into, but anything under 10 is fine.

As long as the milliseconds are under 16, your game should be able to run at 60 FPS
Well sadly for most of the time the fps is around 20-30… Maybe it’ll be better when it is exported?
