Layer Editor - apply Glow Effect and move with Camera?

I have a Base Layer which is working great.

I want to make a second ‘Glow’ layer for some torches etc, to apply the new Glow Layer Effect to it.

But when I add the objects and the Effect it no longer moves with the camera. And I can’t see any options for layers at all to change that. Any thoughts?

Each layer has a unique camera. You’ll want to do the same events you did for your first camera movement, but then have it use Layer 2.
