I want to add a feature that allows a player to load an audio, image, or video from their device’s local storage or from a URL
Example if you don’t get what I mean: Some jigsaw games allow you to choose an image from your device and solve it
Or, for example, music guessing games. The thing plays a random audio clip from your device and asks you for its name

This already exists as an extension. It is made for URLs, but you can also use DataURLs, and on PC builds, you can also use a file:/// URL.
